I'm a Product Designer with experience designing complex workflow products across healthcare, mobility, and finance.

I specialize in turning ambiguous problems into clear, intuitive experiences by partnering with users and cross-functional teams from discovery through launch.

How I got to design

Before becoming a designer, I worked in sales. I often saw a gap between what customers needed and what products were designed to do.

I could recognize the problems, but I wasn't in a position to influence the product itself.

That experience sparked my curiosity about product design and motivated me to work closer to the problem—understanding users, shaping product direction, and building better solutions.

How I work

For me, good interfaces are the result of deeply understanding the problem.

I enjoy understanding the whole picture first. That means talking to users, understanding business goals, and considering technical or regulatory constraints when they shape the product.

My strength is taking all of those different inputs and synthesizing them into a clear product direction, and translating that into thoughtful design decisions.
